Before the 5 Day Commercial Program

In order to maximize your experience and not waste time learning things you can do on your own, please complete the following before beginning the 5 day program.

• Pass the commercial knowledge exam by attending a commercial ground school in your area such as Abrams Aviation, San Diego Ground School, American Flyers or Aviation Seminars
• 250 hours PIC time
• 2 hour day dual VFR or IFR flight and 2 hour night dual VFR or IFR flight
• 300 mile solo flight (one leg at least 250 miles) with landing at three different airports
