4 Day CFII

For many students, earning your CFII is less challenging than the initial CFI, however, it is just as important to compress the training into 4 days and is the most efficient and economical way to do it.  From a flight perspective, you need to be able to fly from the right seat, teach (and talk) through the instrument approaches and maneuvers, and of course know the aviation flight rules, especially as they pertain to instrument flight.  The curriculum includes 1 day of ground, 1 day simulator, and 2 days flight training.

The cost for the 5 Day Accelerated CFI Program is either a guaranteed all inclusive $2,800 plus airplane costs or whatever is required at an hourly rate of $60. If you are proficient in instrument flying and approaches, FAR/AIM knowledge, and right seat flying, less time will be required and an hourly rate schedule will be the most cost effective.  Some students have achieved CFII checkride readiness in as few as 20 hours of flight and ground training
